The Commercial Engagement & Integration / Rapid Acquisition Decision Support (CEI-RADS) contract is a single-award IDIQ held by SBCC. It provides Department of War customers access to SBCC capabilities across commercial engagement, data engineering and analytics, decision support, leadership education, and strategic analysis.

CEI-RADS supports requirements across:
Commercial engagement, market research, and technology scouting
Data engineering and analytics
Decision support and visualization
Leadership education and training
National security and strategy analysis
Research, development, and prototyping
USING CEI-RADS
Qualifying Department of War requirements that fall within SBCC’s SBIR Phase III scope can be placed directly on CEI-RADS. Requirements are validated against the applicable scope before a task order is issued to SBCC.
