DACC II Production OTA
Think of DACC II as an open door to a capability that is already built and running. Structured like an IDIQ, this production Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) lets AFGSC, Headquarters Air Force, and other DoW customers place orders against a broad data engineering and analytics scope, without competition, so getting to award is fast and flexible. Through this vehicle, customers can get end-to-end capability: data pipeline development, integration of disparate mission and enterprise data sources, advanced analytics and AI/ML model deployment, dashboard and decision-support delivery, and the ongoing operations and sustainment that keep fielded solutions performing.
CONTRACT VEHICLE
DACC II is a Production Other Transaction Agreement that scales and sustains the data engineering and analytics capability SBCC developed through the DACC II prototype. It provides a pathway for eligible Department of War customers to access production-ready data and analytics capabilities.

Advanced analytics and AI/ML
Dashboards and decision-support solutions
Agile DevSecOps development and deployment
Data literacy and training
Operations and sustainment of deployed solutions
USING DACC II
Eligible requirements are defined against the established DACC II scope and routed through the applicable government agreements process. SBCC then provides the technical and pricing information required to establish the production effort.
